The show gathers over 36 thousand professionals in search of trends, novelties and releases. There will be two pavilions at Expo Center Norte, with a total area of more than 30 thousand m² and 4 days of exhibition.

There are 6 ways of informing your data to issue your badge:

>> Company
If you work in a company, you must fill in the data about where you work and your personal data. If a coworker also wants to register for the show he/she will only have to confirm the company CNPJ – corporate taxpayer registration number (for the system to load previously complete information) and inform his/her personal data.

>> Freelancer/Self-employed
If you are a freelancer/self-employed and/or not formally employed currently, you will need to prove your activity in the sector when you enter the show.

>> Educational Institution/Universities and Travelling Groups

➢ Educational Institution: for university and technical school advisors who must first register the institution where they work and then their personal data. After confirmation the students who will attend under their supervision may be registered.
➢ Travelling Group: for attendees who wish to participate in the show in groups of more than 15 people. For more information, send an email to: serigrafia@informa.com

1. When will the Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL 2018 show be held?
From July 25 to 28, 2018, Wednesday to Friday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm | Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm

5. How much is the entrance fee?
Entrance is free of charge. However, it is exclusively for professionals who work in the sector.

6. How can I register beforehand to attend the Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL 2018 Show?
Registration will be available as from March 2018.

7. How can I receive my accreditation at home?
You just have to register until 06/05/2018 through the site and we will send you the badge at the address found in your registration. The deadline for reception is up to 7 days before the event.

8. How do I get my badge for the Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL 2018 Show?
After you finish your registration process, you must pick up your badge in the “Exclusive service for pre-registered participants” at the entrance, in your visit day.

You will have to present one of the documents below:
- Printed email confirming early registration (by presenting this document the attendant can find your registration faster, which speeds up your entry at the event)
- Passport
- Invitation to the show
- Business card

9. Where can I get an invitation to the show?
The invitation is distributed by class entities, associations, unions, federations, publications connected to the sector or even exhibiting companies that are participating in the show.

10. What is a business card?
A Business Card is your commercial presentation card or that of your company. It usually contains the name of the professional, the company, address, telephone, email and other commercial contacts.

11. I don’t have a business card or an invitation to the show. How can I enter?
No problem. You just have to register beforehand through the site (www.serigrafiasign.com.br) or at the event, on the day of your visit and present another document that proves you work as a professional in the sector.

12. Will there be lectures and workshops in parallel to Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL?
Yes, we will have activities in parallel to the show. We will provide more information about the program soon. Therefore, content attractions doesn´t have simultaneous translations.

13. How much does it cost to participate in the parallel events?
The attractions during Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL 2018 are free of charge. Check our site and social networks for more information.

14. What is the minimum age to enter Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL?
Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL does not recommend that children participate in the show. The entrance of unaccompanied children under 14 and people wearing shorts, tank tops and flip-flops or slippers is forbidden.

15. Will there be free shuttle to Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL?
Yes. We will have free shuttle from the Portuguesa Tietê subway station to Expo Center Norte / Expo Center Norte to Portuguesa Tietê subway station.

Find out about the itinerary and schedule:
Tietê Subway station to Expo Center Norte (round trip)
25, 26 and 27: from midday to 10:00pm, every 30 minutes.
28: from 9:00am to 6:00pm, every 30 minutes.

*The organization of the event, is not responsible if you miss your flight or commitments due to delays generated because of traffic in the city of São Paulo, or any delays in departure times of the vans and the quantity of people using the free transport service (due to limited seats and possible occupancy).

16. Will attendees have discounts on airline tickets and accommodations? What is the official travel agency?

17. Which airport is closest to the show?
Congonhas airport is the closest to Expo Center Norte.

1. How do I register Educational Institutions?
To register the Educational Institution you work in you will need to access the site Serigraphy >> Visit >> Registration.
You will only be able to register students and teachers after the institution has been registered.

2. Will Educational Institution be allowed to visit the show every day?
Yes, visits can be made on any day of the show.

3. What procedure must be followed by Educational Institutions to attend the show?
On the day of the visit, only the coordinator or the teacher that registered the institution can pick up the badges for the registered students and teachers. You must present printed proof of your registration, together with a document that proves your activity as a teacher or coordinator of the course at the service counters.

4. What is the maximum number of students and teachers allowed per Educational Institution?
Up to 100 names can be registered, including students and teachers, per Educational Institution. The deadline for registration is 07/13/2018. You will not be able to register after this date. If you have any further questions, please contact our Service Center: visitante.fsr@informa.com

While participating in the show, attendees and exhibitors are aware and agree that pictures and footage taken during the event may be used by the organizers to promote the sector and the event.

To ensure the safety of attendees and good use of the show by professionals, we recommend that:
- Children under 14 not be allowed in.
- Since this is a business event people wearing shorts, tank tops and/or flip-flops or slippers will not be allowed in.
